Widely regarded as an expert indirect tax lawyer, Jennee specialises in stamp duty and GST. 

She advises a wide range of clients across all Australian jurisdictions, with an emphasis on property and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, energy and natural resources projects and corporate restructures. 

Jennee’s broad practice and excellent technical ability put her in a unique position to assist clients with complex tax issues – including due diligences, structuring and implementing transactions, contract drafting and liaising with revenue authorities.

Jennee has been appointed to the Australian Taxation Office's GST Stewardship Group, and is a board member of Positive Media Incorporated.
