Corrs has boosted its national banking & finance capability with the appointment of three new partners – two in Sydney and one in Melbourne.

Rommel Harding-Farrenberg, Sydney

A partner from Freehills. Rommel’s primary areas of expertise are project finance and major projects (particularly power generation assets, infrastructure and “hard rock” resource projects), corporate and structured finance, and debt capital markets and derivatives. His experience includes 2.5 years with Slaughter and May in London. Rommel also has extensive experience in the electricity industry.

Jeremy King, Melbourne

Partner from Blake Dawson. Jeremy’s primary areas of expertise are corporate and structured finance roles for bank clubs, syndicates and bilateral funding arrangements, project and PPP finance and restructuring and workouts. His experience includes 2.5 years with Linklaters in London.

Henry Self, Sydney

An experienced senior practitioner from Mallesons. Henry’s primary areas of expertise are property and development finance, property acquisitions, joint ventures and developments, corporate finance and project finance. His experience includes 4 years with Denton Wilde Sapte in London.
