The Property Council of Australia has selected two Corrs Chambers Westgarth lawyers, Daryl Clifford and Greg Hassall, as committee members to its Queensland Division for the next two year term.
Daryl and Greg will join other industry leaders on the Property Council’s committees after being selected from a record number of nominated applicants. Daryl will sit on the Planning and Infrastructure Committee while Greg will join the Retail Committee.
The Property Council is the leading advocate for Australia’s $600 billion property industry, and counts the bulk of the nation’s major investors, property owners and developers – as well as the industry’s professional service and trade providers – amongst its members. It regularly champions the interests of industry in the political arena to create a better business environment for those in the property sector.
