Corrs has strengthened its national banking and finance capability with the appointment of Brad Robinson as a partner.
Brad is an experienced banking and finance and debt capital markets lawyer who will join the firm’s Melbourne office from Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
He has a broad banking and finance practice acting for borrowers, financiers, arrangers, sponsors and other market participants in relation to securities offerings in the international and domestic debt capital markets, project and infrastructure finance and corporate and acquisition finance transactions. His experience also includes more than four years in London practicing in the debt capital markets, securitisation and acquisition finance areas.
Brad’s appointment will further enhance the firm’s capability to perform significant high-end finance transaction work in areas such as structured debt capital markets and project and acquisition finance.

Advising in relation to some of the most notable PPP projects in Australia, including the Victorian Desalination project, Peninsula Link project, SA Schools project, Royal North Shore Hospital project and Royal Children’s Hospital project.
Advising Adelaide Airport on its A$235m secured medium term note issue and buy-back and exchange offer for existing credit wrapped notes.
Advising AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund on the establishment of a secured medium term note program and issue of A$250m secured notes under it.
Advising Telstra on its London Stock Exchange listed global debt issuance program and various other Australian and offshore issuers in relation to their Australian medium term note programs.
Advising regulated utilities on financings in the Australian debt capital markets, Euromarkets, US private placement market and Australian and Asian syndicated loan markets.
Advising sponsors and financiers in relation to the financing of leveraged acquisitions.
