His clients include blue chip companies such as QGC/Shell, QIC, Queensland Government, Senex, Stockland, MACH Energy, Brisbane City Council, Port of Townsville, Laing O’Rourke, Metro South HHS, Queensland Rail and Aurizon. Andrew's previous experience as in-house counsel gives him valuable insight into his clients' business operations and corporate governance structures.
Advised the River City Alliance consortium on its bid for the Rail Interface and Systems Alliance Package for this A$6 billion plus integrated rail project using a competitive ECI process and Alliance procurement model.
Advising QGC on procurement strategy, tendering process, contract negotiation and ongoing contract administration for a number of major contracts for QGC’s A$20 billion plus QC-LNG project (coal seam gas to LNG) in central Queensland.
Providing ongoing assistance from project concept to construction with new and refurbishment works undertaken at QIC’s retail centres and commercial buildings in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria including 80 Collins Street Melbourne, 141 Queen Street Brisbane, Westpoint Shopping Centre NSW, Merrifield City Centre NSW, Robina Town Centre QLD and Hyperdome Shopping Centre QLD.
