Beverly has an outstanding track record in major infrastructure projects (PPP and otherwise) and was the key adviser to the Victorian Government on the Environmental Impact Assessment and other approvals for projects such as the Victorian Channel Deepening Project, the Victorian Desalination Project, Northern Victoria Irrigation Renewal Project and more recently the Port of Hastings Development Project.
In addition to her comprehensive experience across all aspects of environment and planning law, she is an expert in public law and provides advice to senior levels of government on governance and other issues affecting major projects, including land acquisition processes.
