Jennifer is a highly regarded competition and regulatory lawyer whose practice has a strong technology and infrastructure focus. She advises clients on sector-specific regulation, economic regulation and competition and consumer law issues across a range of sectors including telecommunications, media, information technology, ports and rail.
She assists clients to navigate ACCC merger clearance processes, responses to ACCC inquiries and investigations, anti-competitive conduct issues, joint ventures and consumer law issues. She also has significant expertise in the operation of national and state-based access regimes.
Jennifer is a board member of the Communications and Media Law Association.
