  • City Super merger with LGsuper Advised the Brisbane City Council Superannuation Plan on the merger with LGsuper. The merged fund now has around $6 billion in assets.
  • Energy Super Advised ESI Super on the merger with SPEC Super. The merged fund now has over $3.6 billion in assets.
  • Outsourcing, investment and custody Currently advises a number of large superannuation funds in relation to their investment mandates (direct and indirect) in a range of asset classes domestically and internationally, as well as on custody arrangements and transitions.
  • AXA Advised AXA’s superannuation trustee on a number of internal fund mergers implemented by successor fund transfers.
  • Offshore investments Advised a number of large superannuation funds (including Energy Super and BUSS(Q)) on their investment management arrangements with overseas managers, including investments in UK and US limited partnerships.
