  • Ivanhoe Acted for the consortium between Frasers Group, Citta Property and Mission Housing Australia in respect of its bid for a development site at Macquarie Park owned by Land and Housing Corporation NSW. This high profile development is part of the State’s Community Plus program and the 8.2 hectare site will be transformed into an integrated neighbourhood including social housing dwellings mixed with affordable and private housing.
  • Green Square Development Acts for Mirvac in relation to its Green Square development with Landcom. Green Square involves complex structured title development issues, being delivered in a number of stages. Natalie has acted for Mirvac for the life of this project, first acting for the Green Square Consortium in drafting, negotiating and advising on the Project Agreement entered into between the Green Square Consortium and Landcom and also in relation to the VPA and Green Infrastructure Deed for the provision of a sustainable green development.
  • Barangaroo Acted for Lend Lease on the sale of its residential R8/R9 development at Barangaroo.
  • Macquarie Park Advised Toga on the title documentation and the pre-sale contracts for each stage of the large scale Macquarie Central development of approximately 600 dwellings, which comprises a community scheme with complex stratum and strata subdivisions.
  • Walsh Bay Acted for a joint venture of the Mirvac Group and the Transfield Group in a project that comprised leasehold strata, leasehold part strata and leasehold lots of approximately 600 residential dwellings, commercial and retail spaces.
  • Housing NSW Advised on proposed COAG reforms in the community housing provider sector, including contributing to the negotiation and drafting of the framework for national regulation and accreditation.
