Rosemary is an experienced practitioner, who regularly works with clients with large and diverse workforces, including a number of state-owned corporations.

Rosemary advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, from disciplinary matters to dealing with complex industrial strategies and litigation.

As a former industrial relations manager with Qantas and through her time on secondment to clients, Rosemary understands how important it is to communicate legal issues in a manner that makes sense to the client and addresses their objectives.

From appearing in proceedings before courts and tribunals, or navigating sensitive workplace investigations, Rosemary’s approach is thoughtful and pragmatic.
