Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has appointed respected restructuring lawyer Jade Rowarth as a Partner, based in Melbourne.

Having practised in both Australia and the United Kingdom, Jade has extensive experience advising on restructuring and insolvency matters. She has significant experience in transactional, litigious and advisory work, including security enforcement and debt and asset restructuring across the corporate and capital structure.

Jade has acted for stakeholders across a broad spectrum, including domestic bank lenders, insolvency practitioners, corporates, private equity, special situation credit funds and suppliers. She also has experience in a variety of sectors, such as retail, agribusiness, hospitality/gaming, manufacturing and resources.
