Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised private equity fund Whiteoak in relation to its merger of two leading defence businesses, Electrotech and Insitec to create Sovereign Capability Group.
Electrotech is a leading supplier of navigation and communications equipment and services to the commercial and defence maritime sectors while Insitec designs, build and maintain critical IT infrastructure and communications systems for the commercial and defence sectors.
