Alexandra specialises in M&A, capital markets and corporate advisory work.
She has advised on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure M&A transactions in Australia. She also has a particular focus advising on strategic fund investment into clean energy, e-mobility and other emerging sectors supported by new technology.
Alexandra’s experience includes two years at Linklaters where she advised on transactions in high-growth emerging markets and cross-border deals.
Alexandra is Partner in Charge of the Brisbane office.
Advised Tritium (a developer and manufacturer of fast chargers for electric vehicles) on its A$1.8 billion merger with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation II (being the first announced merger of an Australian company with a US SPAC).
Advised YTL Power on the disposal of its stake in ElectraNet for A$1.026 billion.
Advised QIC as manager of the Queensland Business Investment Fund on investments in growth-stage companies via that fund.
Advised the St Baker Energy Innovation Fund on its portfolio of investments in companies with disruptive solutions in the energy and e-mobility sectors.
Advised NSW Treasury on the A$9.26 billion sale of a 51% stake in Sydney Motorway Corporation and its interests in the WestConnex motorway project.
