Advising Shell on a range of disputes on the QCLNG Project including BCIPA regime claims and successful Supreme Court litigation to dismiss adjudication (approx. A$80 million), Fast Track Arbitration (A$250 million plus), DRBs with total claim values of A$500 million, and an ICC Arbitration (A$1.6 billion plus).
Clough
Acting for Clough on the BassGas (A$400 million claims) on design and commissioning issues related to an offshore platform in Bass Strait, sub-sea and land pipelines and a gas processing plant.
