Chloe advises on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and work health and safety (WHS) matters, with particular expertise in discrimination and sexual harassment disputes, psychosocial safety, workplace investigations, workplace surveillance and privacy law.
Chloe works across various industries, including education, technology, FMCG, finance, health, mining and energy.
She assists clients in complex employment-related litigation, including cases before the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Fair Work Commission and various state and federal tribunals and commissions.
Chloe is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland (WLAQ). Her expertise in privacy and workplace surveillance issues is reflected in her published articles, including contributions to the Privacy Law Bulletin.
