Acting for Westpac, leading a large team in the receivership of the agricultural arm of RM Williams, RM Williams Agricultural Holdings, following the appointment of receivers and managers in 2013.
Acting for insurers in high profile corporate collapses such as Forge, St Hilliers Construction and Viento as well as a significant dispute between Kawasaki and Laing O’Rourke in the surety bond practice.
