As a partner in the Corrs Commercial Litigation and Restructuring, Insolvency & Special Situations teams, he provides strategic guidance on high-stakes and sensitive matters.
Daniel has extensive experience in complex insolvencies regularly acting for insolvency practitioners, investment trusts, professional trustees, major corporates and sophisticated creditors.
In the energy and resources sector, he advises on disputes across the full project lifecycle, from initial approvals and access negotiations to compensation claims, regulatory issues, stakeholder conflicts and joint venture disputes.
Daniel’s experience also extends to advising government bodies on disputes arising from major development projects, acting for companies, directors and shareholders on corporations law matters, acting in complex regulatory disputes and acting on behalf of litigation funders in class actions.
