She regularly provides strategic advice to clients in multi-faceted and multi-party disputes, and advises Australian and international clients on disputes in a range of jurisdictions and forums, including courts and tribunals in Australia and internationally.
Emily predominantly works with clients in the construction industry, and also has significant experience advising and acting for government clients and clients in the energy, health, technology and property sectors.
Emily is an active member of the Society of Construction Law Australia (SoCLA).
