An experienced litigator, Erin advises on the full scope of employment and industrial relations matters, and has particular technical expertise in discrimination and sexual harassment disputes, workplace investigations, regulatory matters and complex public sector employment issues.
Erin acts for a wide range of government and private sector clients in sectors including media, government and emergency services, resources, construction, manufacturing and retail, and acts in large regulatory matters at both the state and federal levels, including Royal Commissions and public inquiries. Erin has experience in the conduct of matters in all Victorian and Federal jurisdictions, including the High Court of Australia.
Erin is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Women Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Corrs Pro Bono and Community Committee, Corrs Young Professionals and Corrs Women in Business Committee. Prior to practising law, Erin worked in the fields of international humanitarian development and gender equality policy.
