An employment law specialist with 20 years of domestic and international experience, Georgina’s practice spans workplace relations, human resources and anti-discrimination law.

She works across a wide range of industries, including the education, finance, health, mining and energy sectors, and advises Australian and international clients on all aspects of the employment relationship from commencement to termination, including the interpretation and application of employment contracts, industrial instruments (including modern awards and enterprise agreements), workplace policies, the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and other legislation.

Georgina practiced law for six years in the US, where she worked for leading Australian and US law firms, and she is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Georgina is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland and holds a Master of Laws.
