Represented clients in a range of class actions, including actions concerning corporate disclosures, audit reports, independent expert’s reports, alleged cartel conduct and the conditions of immigration detention.
Represented clients in defence of regulatory investigations conducted by ASIC and the ACCC and in civil penalty proceedings commenced by those bodies.
Acted in defence of a claim arising from Healius’ capital raising via an accelerated renounceable rights offer.
Acted for JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA in proceedings for declaratory relief commenced against senior lenders to the Centro group of companies in relation to the construction of an inter-creditor trust deed and the right of senior lenders to direct JP Morgan how to vote at the creditors’ scheme meeting.
