A specialist in investigations, Laura is experienced in both government and private sector probity and risk management. With her extensive background in litigation, Laura is well placed to advise on a broad range of investigations and disputes.
Laura has significant expertise in regulatory investigations, including working with teams responding to investigations by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). She has acted on behalf of Royal Commissions and Boards of Inquiry, as well as for public and private sector clients in their engagements with them.
Laura provides advice on probity matters, government investigations of service providers and contractual counterparts, as well as investigations and audits by public accountability agencies.
Laura is a senior fellow (Melbourne JD) of the Melbourne Law School, teaching in the Melbourne JD program, and has previously been an associate to a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia.
