Louise Giorgini

Louise is a tax controversy specialist. She has significant experience providing advice across a full range of tax issues, from transaction stage, early engagement with the ATO, managing revenue authority reviews, audits, objections and settlement, through to dispute resolution and litigation.

Louise advises across a wide range of clients and industries, with a focus on multinationals and large businesses. She maintains effective working relationships with revenue authorities while robustly defending her clients’ positions.

Her experience includes income tax, transfer pricing, Part IVA, payroll tax and research & development tax incentives.

Louise is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute of Australia.
