Lucy is an experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements. With a particular focus on the infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy sectors, Lucy regularly advises Australian and international clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. This includes advising clients in their capacity as sponsors or consortium members, as well as on equity arrangements more broadly.
Lucy has obtained a Master of Laws and has completed an in-house secondment at a large multinational company in the railway sector as well as an international secondment in Munich, Germany.
