A specialist in regulatory matters, Marie has extensive experience advising public and private sector clients in relation to regulatory investigations and proceedings. Marie’s broad regulatory experience includes workplace health and safety, white collar crime and coronial matters.
Marie assists clients with a range of matters including critical incident response, investigations, prosecutions, coronial inquests, legislative compliance, contractual matters and training. Marie also has extensive experience assisting clients with public inquiries, including Royal Commissions.
Prior to joining Corrs in 2014, Marie practised as a senior associate at a prominent Victorian criminal law firm, during which time she also obtained her Master of Laws from Monash University. Marie has also worked as a criminal lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria in its appellate jurisdiction.
Marie is a member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety, the National Safety Council of Australia and the Law Institute of Victoria.
