Advised on strategic contract and claims management on the Turkey to Italy €6 billion Trans Adriatic Gas Pipeline project, including advice on the 9 EPC contract packages (including the off-shore EPC pipeline package).
Advised on project delivery, contractual claims, dispute review board and arbitration proceedings on the A$20 billion+ QCLNG project in central Queensland. These disputes involved a range of claims on several of the major contract packages for the project, including large security of payment act (BCIPA) claims.
