Advising Crown in relation to contract preparation and conveyancing for Crown’s off the plan sales for the residential apartments at One Barangaroo. Natalie also acted for Lendlease on the sale of its residential R8/R9 development at Barangaroo. The Barangaroo Precinct is the biggest urban renewal project in Australia and is to set a new world benchmark in urban waterfront renewal.
Advised SGCH Portfolio Ltd, a subsidiary of St George Community Housing Ltd, on its successful A$150 million bid for Phase 2 of the NSW Government’s Social Affordable Housing Fund.
One of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia with a total cost of A$8 billion. As with many of Natalie’s matters, she has been a key adviser to Mirvac for the full life of the development. Natalie acted on drafting, negotiating and advising on the Project Agreement entered into between the Green Square Consortium and Landcom and also in relation to negotiating the VPA and Green Infrastructure Deed with City of Sydney Council for the provision of a sustainable green development. Natalie also advises on complex structured title arrangements, the preparation of pre-sale contracts for the sale of residential apartments and retail leases for the retail offering.
Advised the consortium between Frasers Group, Citta Property and Mission Housing Australia in respect of its successful bid for a development site at Macquarie Park owned by Land and Housing Corporation NSW. This high profile development is part of the State’s Community Plus program and the 8.2 hectare site will be transformed into an integrated neighbourhood including social housing dwellings mixed with affordable and private housing.
Advising on Stockland’s residential master planned communities at Elara, Willowdale, Altrove and Brooks Reach, including in relation to subdivision and development matters. Natalie has previously advised Stockland in relation to its residential development at The Hyde, its mixed-use development at The Village in Balgowlah and aspects of its development at Marsden Park North and McKeachie’s Run.
Natalie has acted for the Toga Group since 2009 and has advised on the acquisition of sites through to the titling (including community and strata titling), development, the sale of residential, retail and commercial product and retail leasing. This includes Toga’s developments at Surry Hills, Macquarie Central, Boheme, The Chatswood, Central and Mansions.
