A senior associate in the environment and planning team, Nicholas has experience acting for and advising clients on project and development approvals, compliance and enforcement, contamination, land acquisition and environmental matters. He also has experience in environment and planning due diligence for both vendor and purchaser clients.
Nicholas advises both private and public sector clients and recently completed a local government secondment.
He is a long-time member of the Queensland Environmental Law Association (QELA) and is a member of the organising sub-committee for the QELA Regional Intensive 2023.
