Philippa is an experienced litigator, specialising in largescale commercial disputes and class actions. She has a broad practice encompassing complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, employment-related class actions, and international arbitrations.
Philippa acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients, on both contentious and non-contentious projects across a range of industries. These include banking, professional services, construction, mining, technology and software and insurance.
She graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Technology, Sydney and was awarded the University Medal in Law for graduating first in her cohort.
She is member of the Commercial Law Association and Australian Insurance Law Association.
