Rebecca is a commercial litigator with 10 years’ experience in large commercial, regulatory and technology disputes. She primarily acts for corporations, technology companies and financial services clients.
Rebecca has advised in regulatory matters (both engagement with regulators and proceedings) and class actions, in addition to commercial disputes. Her experience has been across various sectors including resources, banking, insurance, health and government.
She has also acted in numerous Royal Commissions, both representing parties appearing before the Commission and also in the role of solicitor assisting the Commission.
Rebecca appeared before the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services and made submissions on class action regulatory reform in Australia. She also sits on the Disputes Panel for the Liberal Party of Australia (NSW Division).
