An experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer, Tegan is specialised in complex commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, investigations and legislative/policy reform.
She has acted for and against government bodies (including regulators), individual clients and corporations across various industries in investigations, private examinations and before superior courts in Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory and the United Kingdom.
Tegan also has experience acting on multi-jurisdictional matters whilst working in London, including on commercial disputes and investigations in England and Wales, Sweden, France, India and Slovakia.
