Tim has extensive experience handling high-pressure inquiries and dealing with investigations by corporate regulators and the ICAC.
Tim has acted in a number of high profile Supreme Court cases involving the ICAC and its former Commissioners, as well as appearing for affected persons before the ICAC, and also has experience acting in consumer law and breach of contract claims before the Supreme and Federal Courts.
As well as experience in high profile cases, Tim has worked with financial institutions and accounting firms to advise and manage regulatory investigations.
Tim has been a contributing author to several editions of the International Arbitration Review.

Advising for affected persons appearing before ICAC’s public inquiry into allegations concerning former NSW MP Daryl Maguire.
Advising for Ms Hocking in her successful appeal in the High Court seeking access to correspondence between Sir John Kerr and the Queen's secretary written between 1972-1975.
