Corrs has announced the appointment of four new partners, including Michelle Gordon, Kate Donald, Jey Nandacumaran, and Melissa Grinter.

Michelle Gordon

Michelle is an insolvency lawyer with specialist expertise in contentious insolvency and commercial disputes. Michelle has extensive experience acting for alternate capital providers, creditors, financial sponsors and financial institutions both domestically and internationally as well as external administrators and insolvent companies.

Kate Donald

Kate is an IP and patent litigator specialising in large-scale patent disputes. She has particular experience in the life sciences sector but also works with clients across the technology and manufacturing sectors.

Jey Nandacumaran

Jey is a projects lawyer with expertise advising private and government clients in the management and resolution of complex projects disputes. Jey acts in trial and appellate litigation, commercial arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. He also has experience providing advice during the life of projects to avoid or minimise the incidence of disputes.

Melissa Grinter

An experienced project development and construction lawyer with a strong reputation for providing commercial and practical advice on complex projects, Melissa brings significant experience across a range of sectors including energy, mining and resources, infrastructure and rail.
