Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Storable, Inc (Storable), on its strategic acquisition of Newbook.
Storable, a US-based leader in integrated technology solutions for the self-storage and marine industries, owned by global private equity fund EQT, has acquired Newbook, the premier property management software provider for accommodation and hospitality providers, including RV parks and campgrounds. The acquisition of Newbook provides a third vertical to Storable’s property management offering that will provide substantial benefits to Storable’s customers.
Led by corporate partner Glen Sauer, Corrs advised Storable on all aspects of the acquisition with support from partners James North, Stephen Price and Steven Rice as well as experts across the firm’s corporate, technology, media and telecommunications, financial sponsors and employment practices.
