These acquisitions mark the latest chapter in the strategic partnership between BGO, Investa and Cliffbrook relating to prime office real estate, and grow the partnership to approximately A$1.8 billion in assets.
The transactions were led by real estate partner Paul Carrick, supported by special counsel Anita Lazar and partners Robert Clarke, Megan Russell, Fadi Khoury, Ian Reynolds, James Morley, Costa Koutsis and Louise Camenzuli and a cross-practice team from the firm’s real estate, corporate, banking and finance, financial services and funds, competition, tax and environment and planning practices.
Commenting on the matter, Paul Carrick said: “We are pleased to advise BGO, Investa and Cliffbrook on this transaction, marking a significant milestone in their strategic partnership and premium Australian office portfolio.
“Having advised on all three transactions in the partnership’s expansion, this latest deal reflects the strength of our longstanding relationships with the parties and Corrs’ ability to bring together expertise from across the firm on significant and complex real estate transactions.”
