Advising Pulse Consortium on both the initial environmental due diligence and approvals framework for the Cross River Rail project as well as on remediation obligations for land on the Environmental Management Register, and whether new developments have to account for potential noise/vibration impacts arising from underground rail. This project is the Queensland Government’s highest priority infrastructure project (and designated as a High Priority Initiative by Infrastructure Australia). The project comprises a circa 10km rail line which includes 5.9km of tunnel under the Brisbane River and the central business district.
