Advised Kio Investment Management, a Warburg Pincus-backed fund, on its inaugural investments, consisting of separate senior debt facilities to enable it to acquire and fund the development of four new build-to-rent or co-living projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Once completed, the projects will deliver over 780 new apartments to be leased and managed by Kio.
