Demand for energy continues to grow globally, and as a resource and renewables-rich country Australia is playing a significant role.
Our projects team assists private and public sector clients to successfully deliver projects in all energy and natural resources sectors including mining, oil and gas (including LNG), power and renewables, and water and waste.
We support clients across the life-cycle of their project, from initial project structuring to regulatory approvals and compliance, contract negotiation and support, project development and financing, contract administration and dispute management. We are particularly adept advising on, and assisting with the preparation and negotiation of, complex contractual arrangements for major projects, wherever they are located.
