Advised ACEREZ (a consortium of Acciona, Cobra and Endeavour Energy across the trifecta of sponsor, D&C and M&L roles) on its successful bid to develop the transmission network infrastructure for the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (CWO REZ).
CWO REZ is the first project to be procured under the ‘regulated concession’ model, a form of PPP adapted for the regulatory environment, with the successful proponent to design, construct, finance, operate and maintain the project infrastructure over a 35-year period.
We continue to advise the Network Operator and D&C Contractor on delivery of this landmark project.
