Advised BGO, Investa and Cliffbrook Capital on the financing for the acquisition of 10-20 Bond Street in Sydney’s CBD for A$600 million. The property, acquired from Mirvac and Morgan Stanley, is a 31-storey, A-grade commercial office development.
