Advised ACEREZ (a consortium of Acciona, Cobra, Endeavour Energy and Capella) on its successful financing to design, construct, operate and maintain the transmission network infrastructure for the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone PPP. We advised on all aspects of the reported ~ A$7 billion project financing, including its bank debt facilities and Clean Energy Funding Corporation (CEFC) funding arrangements.
