Advised the lenders and the joint sustainability coordinators to Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) on an A$1.6 billion Climate Bonds Certified green loan in connection with the acquisition of a 50% interest in Bluecurrent, a leading smart metering services provider in New Zealand and Australia. Subsequently, advised the lenders to Bluecurrent on its bank debt, including a green loan of NZ$2.5 billion comprising a A$1.08 billion and a NZ$1.36 billion tranche.
