Advised a syndicate of 15 lenders on the refinancing of A$1.5 billion bank guarantee facility with a sustainability-linked loan overlay, for infrastructure and building developer John Holland. Additionally, advised two of the syndicate lenders in relation to each of their bilateral bank guarantee facilities provided to John Holland.
