Advising Oil Search in its role as a sponsor in relation to both the expansion of the PNG LNG Project, and in all aspects (including permitting and financing) of the development of the Papua LNG Project.
Corrs advised Oil Search in connection with the signing of the gas agreement in the circa US$13 billion Papua LNG Project. This deal is an important milestone for the project and for Papua New Guinea. Corrs played a particularly significant role as we were the only firm “in the room” on the deal, involving Total, ExxonMobil and Oil Search. Well done to our PNG team.
