Advised the financiers on the first of Vena Energy’s syndicated green loan in relation to its solar and BESS portfolio. The financing supports the construction, development and operation of Vena’s solar and battery storage projects across the Tailem Bend and Wandoan South precincts in South Australia and Queensland, contributing to the expansion of its renewable energy generation and storage capacity.
