Australia's leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Next Capital Pty Limited (Next Capital) and The Silverfern Group (Silverfern) on the proposed sale of Eptec Holdco Pty Ltd and its defence-related subsidiaries (Eptec Defence) to Arlington Capital Partners.

Eptec Defence is a leading Australian provider of specialist asset preservation and remediation services for defence and marine assets. Arlington Capital Partners, which has over US$14 billion in committed capital, focuses on the aerospace and defence, government services and technology and healthcare sectors.
