Abigail is an experienced practitioner who specialises in disputes and investigations. She advises on the defence of complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, sensitive internal investigations and whistleblower matters, and acts for clients responding to Royal Commissions and public and parliamentary inquiries. She is often engaged to work collaboratively in cross-border mandates.

Abigail has also developed and led the implementation of programs to mitigate compliance and ESG risks, and she regularly advises boards and senior leadership teams on best practice in these areas.
