He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on advising Australian and international private equity and growth equity funds on their investments and divestments in the Australian market. Andrew's experience also extends to advising family offices and venture capital funds across a range of industry and business sectors, including retail, technology and consumables.
Andrew also advises clients on general corporate and securities laws matters, and frequently works with international clients on their in-bound transactions into the Australian market.
