Andrew has more than 13 years' experience as a commercial disputes lawyer. He specialises in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, restructuring and turnaround matters, and regulatory investigations.
Andrew regularly advises Australian and international corporations (both public and private), major banks and non-bank financial institutions, market-leading insolvency practitioners and directors and senior executives on commercial disputes, financial services litigation, external administrations and regulatory matters. He works closely with clients and their advisers on matters with significant commercial, financial and reputational consequences.
He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, most notably financial services, private equity, transport, energy and resources, aviation, government, commercial property and consumer goods. Andrew also has a particular interest in the sports and entertainment industry.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW (Dean's List), part of which was completed at Yale School of Management and London Business School.
Andrew is a member of the Australian Turnaround Management Association and the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association. He is also a director of Boccia Australia, the national sporting organisation for the Paralympic sport of boccia, where he contributes to governance and oversight of legal, integrity and compliance matters.
