Angela advises clients across the contract lifecycle, from tender release and negotiation through to interpretation and administration, with a particular focus on emerging technology, intellectual property and life sciences. She provides strategic advice on regulatory compliance, contract drafting, due diligence processes and legal risk management across the health, research, education, aviation, transport, energy and government sectors.
Angela has undertaken a secondment with Queensland Treasury and, complementing her dual degree in Genetics, participated in the 2023 Bridge Program, which equips life sciences professionals with the knowledge and networks needed to commercialise new medicines.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, drawing on her intellectual property and commercial expertise to assist a range of clients, including First Nations businesses. Angela is also a member of the Brisbane Corrs Network of Women committee, focused on advancing gender equity through education, advocacy and connection.
